Opening hours
Your opening hours decide which slots customers can book. Manage them under Hours in the dashboard.
Weekly hours
Set an open and close time for each day of the week. Days with no hours are treated as closed. A typical garage might be open Monday–Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–16:00.
One-off overrides
Overrides handle exceptions to your weekly pattern:
- Closed — block a specific date entirely (bank holiday, staff day off).
- Custom hours — open different hours on a specific date (a late-night or short Saturday).
An override always wins over the weekly hours for that date.
Buffer between jobs
A buffer adds padding around every booking — say 15 minutes to clean up and prep between cars. With a 15-minute buffer, a booking that ends at 10:00 keeps the next slot free until 10:15. Set it in Settings.
Booking window
The maximum advance days setting controls how far ahead customers can book. Set it to 60, for example, and slots beyond 60 days simply don't appear. This stops customers booking months out.
Timezone
All times are shown in your garage's timezone, set in Settings. Customers booking from anywhere see the correct local time for your garage — so a 9:00 slot is always 9:00 your time.
